Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://mobileivtherapyalbuquerque.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Revive IV Mobile Therapy markets and arranges Immune Support IV, Energy Boost IV, Glutathione Therapy, Hangover IV, Hydration Therapy. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Revive IV Mobile Therapy (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Revive IV Mobile Therapy may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Revive IV Mobile Therapy does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive IV Mobile Therapy's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Revive IV Mobile Therapy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Revive IV Mobile Therapy from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NM, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NM.
Modifications. Revive IV Mobile Therapy may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
